The Process.
Our approach follows three phases: ALIGN, BUILD, and SUSTAIN.
ALIGN –
Match the mission. Set the structure.
We work with the org to identify a partner who shares its mission, vision and values.
Together, the organisation, partner and NÔVI develop a 12-month communications plan — defining deliverables, timelines, shared resources, and collaborative structure.
A three-way agreement formalises the engagement — setting expectations, roles, and review milestones across all parties.
BUILD –
Start with story. Grow a system.
We begin with foundational storytelling — to capture authentic language and insight.
From that foundation we build: Brand Identity & Messaging; Website & Digital Platforms; Content Libraries; Int/Ext Comms Templates — and more.
Every month, we hold structured reviews — maintaining clarity, alignment, and shared progress.
SUSTAIN –
Launch with intention. Support with care.
Each project culminates in a public & digital launch — led by the org, supported by NÔVI.
Post-launch, NÔVI continues to support the organisation for 12 months — offering monthly check-ins and light-touch guidance as they embed and evolve the system.
The partner’s support is acknowledged visibly for 12 months post launch — concluding with a final review and optional renewal discussion.
The Partnership Hub
Every collaboration includes access to the Partnership Hub — a shared digital workspace built to streamline real-time collaboration.
